How To Adopt One Good Habit Every Week

Merry Christmas guys !!

So this is where we are going to start from, by adopting one good habit every week, for those who are thinking that just one habit a week might be too slow please be informed that it is going to be a bit hard to stick to the habit as we continue to adopt a habit with every week.

I think adopting a new good habit every week could be a game changer for all of us.All you have to do is get up and think of one good thing that you wanted to add on your daily routine but have been procrastinating on it for a long time, be it getting up early,drinking a suffice amount of water daily, going to the gym, start reading a book, spend some quality time with your parents or family or may be reducing that one cigarette from your pack you smoke.

THE 5 AM CLUB - The Morning Ritual

My idea for the first habit that i am going to add to my daily routine is to get up early and have a morning routine. I would really love to wake up at 4 am like many of my favorite successful mentors but frankly with my current schedule i don't think it is possible for me to wake up at 4'o clock in the morning from tomorrow so i am going to start by waking up at 5 am and then slowly and gradually take it to 4.

Waking up early and having a "morning ritual" is a very good and effective technique to start your day with, as one of the perks of getting up early is that you get to spend some quality time with yourself and you also get to plan your whole day. Here is a good morning ritual that i am going to adopt from tomorrow :

1. Waking up at 5 am
2. Yoga
3.Reading a motivational post/blog or watching a video.
4.Plan your day and get on with it.



See, this is why i chose "the morning ritual" as the first habit i am going to adopt which in addition allows me to adopt 3 more good things yoga, reading something motivational to start my day with and to plan my day before i step into the battlefield.

The Beginning !!

Hi guys, after reading a few self help improvement and motivational books in past 3 years or so and then completely forgetting and throwing them into a bag or cupboard for a period of six months or a year and then reading the same material again and again with a different cover i finally realized that it all comes down to applying it and one needs more than just willpower and motivation to apply those ideas and principles with continuity.

So this is why i am starting this blog,it will basically be like an end of the day report which will also help me stay consistent , where i can note down the  results of all the new activities, things, ideas and principles i am going to start applying and also share my experience,feelings and the changes that occur to me during this process.

In a nutshell "This blog will be my practical" of the journey towards my success and passion in life.
